e. All documents issued to travelers and services contracted for are non – transferable. Such documents and services may include any documents used to confirm an arrangement with us. Such documents and services may also be subject to conditions such as, but not limited to, being non–refundable, non–date–changeable and subject to cancellation, substitution or amendment fees. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these conditions.

2. Prices. All prices listed in this website are in United States of America dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice in the event of material currency fluctuation. Transcendent is not liable for any changes in schedule, tours, or accommodations in connection with any tour services that occur.
3. Insurance. Many of the problems for which we are not and cannot be held responsible for can be insured against. We urge you to take out insurance to provide adequate cover for medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage, curtailment or cancellation of trip and your inability to travel because of health, weather or other causes. Please note that there are many insurance providers and exclusions to coverage of insurance. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the insurance coverage purchased and ensure that the coverage meets your travel needs.
4. Special Requests. If you have any special requests, you must advise us in writing at the time of the booking and clearly note it on booking. We will endeavor to fulfill any reasonable requests, but do not guarantee that your special request will be fulfilled. Failure to meet any special request is not a breach of contract on our part.
5. Suitability of Travel Products and Services. We do not represent that any travel products and services set out on our Website will be suitable for you. Additionally, you agree that we may substitute travel products and services if appropriate. 6. Timings. You must check and verify that you meet up with the start of the tour and all events during the tour duration. Should you miss any of the meet ups, all financial responsibility to catch up with the tour will fall on you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the customer and all other persons traveling with the customer have the appropriate documentation in their possession (such as current and valid passports, visas and identification cards) before leaving your country of origin, and that they satisfy all other applicable requirements (such as vaccinations), to gain entry to the chosen destination and re-entry to the country of origin. You acknowledge having had the opportunity to review the applicable documentation and other requirements prior to completing the purchase of tour services. Obtaining passports and visas may require lengthy processing times and it is your responsibility to ensure timely receipt of all documents. You acknowledge that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.
