Transcendent Travel Services, LLC (“Transcendent”) Refund, Cancellation and Substitution Policies are strictly limited.
CANCELLATION BY YOU:
To be eligible for a refund of your tour payments made to Transcendent, you must make a written request for cancellation prior to 90 days of the start of travel. Your cancellation request must be emailed to us at info@transcendent-travel.com.
For written cancellations made and received by Transcendent at the above-listed email address prior to 90 days of start of travel, all tour payments made to Transcendent will be 100% refundable.
You will receive no refund from Transcendent if you cancel within 90 days of the start of the travel. This charge includes ALL payments to-date including deposits and payments.
Refunds:
Once your written request for refund is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Special items. Special items cannot be refunded.
Substitutions. If circumstances permit, Transcendent may in its sole discretion (but is not required to) offer you a substitution if you request a cancellation within 90 days of the travel scheduled. In such event, you will be required to pay any additional costs and expenses Transcendent incurs. If a substitution is requested within 30 days of travel, an additional fee in the amount of $500 will be charged to you by Transcendent. Substitution deposits/payments must be received before your original payment will be applied to the substituted travel.
Itinerary Variations. If circumstances beyond Transcendent’s control necessitate, Transcendent reserves the right to vary, modify or adjust itineraries and/or destinations and to substitute hotel venues, repertoire, performances and destinations.
