Refund, Cancellation and Substitution Policies


Transcendent Travel Services, LLC (“Transcendent”) Refund, Cancellation and Substitution Policies are strictly limited.

  1. CANCELLATION BY YOU:
    1. To be eligible for a refund of the initial deposit, you must make a written request for cancellation within 30 days after your deposit is made. If 30 days have gone by since making your deposit, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of such deposit.
    2. All subsequent payments are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. This charge includes ALL payments to-date including deposits and payments.
    3. There are times when refunds are subject to cancellation fees based on the appropriate time allocated by the Service Providers. In such event, you will be responsible for such Service Provider’s cancellation fees in addition to cancellation fees due to Transcendent.
    4. You will receive no refund if you cancel within 120 days of the start of the travel.
  2. Refunds:
    1. Transcendent will make reasonable efforts to refund costs in the case of cancellations, there are however times when non-refundable arrangements have been made. These costs would be deducted from any refund due to you.
    2. Once your written request for refund is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.
    3. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 90 days.
  3. Late or missing refunds:
    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    2. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: info@transcendent-travel.com.
  4. Special items. Special items cannot be refunded.
  5. Substitutions. If circumstances permit, Transcendent may in its sole discretion (but is not required to) offer you a substitution if you request a cancellation after 30 days after your purchase or within 120 days of the travel scheduled. In such event, you will be required to pay any additional costs and expenses Transcendent incurs plus an additional fee in the amount $400. Substitution deposits/payments must be received before your original payment will be applied to the substituted travel.
  6. Itinerary Variations. If circumstances beyond Transcendent’s control necessitate, Transcendent reserves the right to vary, modify or adjust itineraries and/or destinations and to substitute hotel venues, repertoire, performances and destinations.
